03 — MY PROCESS

Here's how I align user needs with your product strategy

01

Problem Understanding

I break down the product idea, business goal, and user context to surface gaps, constraints, and assumptions.

02

Opportunity Mapping

I identify gaps in user experience, product direction, and competitors to define high-impact opportunities.

03

Solution Direction

I translate insights into a clear product structure and interaction flow before design or development begins.

04

Design & Build

I design and build lean, functional interfaces focused on clarity, usability, and ensuring ideas stay intact through execution.

05

Validation & Iteration

I test the product in real usage conditions, surface friction points, and refine based on feedback.

Hmm, let me ask you something first: how much is a car? Depends which one you want, right? Same thing with websites. The cost depends on your requirements, scope, and how many 'small changes' mysteriously evolve into a whole new feature. Once I know your budget and goals, I can tell you what we can build — unfortunately, 'guess the client's budget' is still not a supported feature.
Depends. I could say '2 weeks' and pretend I'm a productivity guru on LinkedIn. Real answer: it depends on the scope, complexity, and how many plot twists appear during development.
Because apparently finding a literal software engineer (which, somehow, I forgot to put on the giant website advertising my existence) who can design the thing, build the thing, and complain about the thing is harder than it should be.
Depends who is asking. Designers claim me, developers tolerate me.
Nah, I am not sane enough to connect 400 noodle-wires just to show you how to sign in. I'd rather just create a clean layout and code it myself—purely so your devs don't end up posting 'quiet quitting' memes at 2AM.
Just enough before it starts acting like an NPC and gaslighting me into thinking that a non-existent CSS property is the solution to all my problems.
Pencil sketches are gonna be a big thing, according to highly trusted sources (me). Sneaking animations into literally everything is also pretty hot right now. Apparently, every website now needs grain texture and a sad-looking portrait of a guy.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
